    thankyou so much Jen for getting my butt off of the couch!! i was so bad at this at first so i did the first video for like a month and a half haha. 3.5 months doing the videos 4 or 5 times out of the week has made me feel so much better in ways i didnt know existed. i feel comfortable wearing shorts that i couldnt wear in the spring time. This has just been the start of my yoga Journey and i thank you so much for making these videos!!! i recommended them to all of my friends. mwah!

Started this 5 week yoga challenge on the week of July 5th, (I had to stop in between week 3 and week 4 for work related reasons) today August 24 I've begun week 5!  I have lost 10 lbs since I began and I am looking forward to loosing the next 10! I added 1 hour of walking and have modified my diet and been drinking tons of water!  I have enjoyed your videos so much!  I have noticed that my back pain has been reduced to almost nothing, I am more flexible and my body overall feels great!  I am forever thankful for these videos.  I've tried other yoga videos here on youtube and you have been the one I stuck with!  Once again thank you so much for your videos!  Love the kitty walk through!!!  Cheers!  A New Yorker in Berlin, Germany ;-)

  13. Is there any yoga stretching that is good for golf. There are not many videos on youtube. I use the yoga for lower back pain and love them. Now playing golf again and want to incorporate yoga to help me
