Where do you get off trying to make another person responsible for how you feel 3. Ones belly ring clearly isn't your beeswax… Bless your heart. .

    Your yoga routine is very energising. Thank you.

    Well, kindly clarify, I am comfortable with the part 1 of the routine. Now I am moving to part 2 . The doubt is everyday am I supposed to complete part 1 for twenty minutes and then start part 2 or should I do only part 2? 

  19. Just found your video. I did part one last week and just did this one, part two. I love it. best yoga video I did on youtube, in my opinion.

  20. Thank you Erica. I find your classes great. Though I feel more advanced I enjoy a slower class that reminds me of the basics. The slower pace ensures time for adjustments and gives longer holds. And as for your bellybutton ring? Someone said, "What other people think of you is none of your business." Personally I have a bunch of piercings so hardly paid any attention to it until now. Leave it in, take it out. Do as you will so long as you chose to do it. The only thing that distracts me is how clear your audio is (I'm a sound guy). Thanks for the yoga yogi. Namaste.
