  5. I completed the 30 day challenge and have moved myself into a 60 day challenge with your other videos. I have lost 47 lbs (18 of that since I started yoga with Adriene)… THANK YOU! I haven't mastered all the moves yet but I'm improving by the day. Not only is it helping my health but my well being. Thank you for your videos and turning me into a yogi obsessed nut! LOL. :D

  6. I've found that after this practise and other ones with a lot of abdominal work that I feel slightly sick and have a mild stomach ache afterwards. Is this normal and is there anything I can do to prevent it?

  7. Adriene, this routine is just fantastic! I am at stage 3 of adrenal fatigue and I can't really do any exercise that increases my heart rate but with this sequence I get to work my abs with out stressing out my body! I feel so great! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    i am currently doing yoga daily (30 day yoga challenge) and feeling awesome !
    i love your personality and how you're so chill and relaxed (and occasionally say some funny jokes lol) just to lighten up the mood when doing yoga. and well, that is, i guess , the whole purpose of yoga :)

    proud to become a yogi, and definitely craving for more :)

  9. On the very last move, you start by inhaling when you bring your legs slightly in, exhaling as you release, exactly what you say to do.. but then later on you are inhaling as you release/lower and exhaling as you squeeze your legs forward. Which one is it?

Love your videos!  I've had back problems for years, mostly caused by wearing body armor in the military, and getting rear ended recently, and I just could find anything that would help it.  I've been doing 30 days of yoga and now, not only can I move, I can Golf 18 holes without too much pain.  I am addicted!!

  19. Weight loss green store tea was a very easy way to lose weight, since all I had to do was to remember to drink the tea as scheduled, and that'll be that. I really like the effect that this has on me and I will be taking it some more.

  20. This was awesome! I love the fact that it was less reps than a standard, hardcore Pilates workout but soooo much slower so just as hard work! Love it!!!
