  2. First time I've ever done a yoga sequence in my life. I've watched this video a couple times and thought it was easy. Needless to say after completing the whole video (and nearly face planting on downward dog!) I have a whole new respect for yogis and the sneaking suspicion my arms my drop off. Definitely going to do the sequence again because I loved it!

  8. Alright there! Have you ever tried Depzap Total Depression Domination (should be on google, have a look)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my father was able to eliminate depression after years of struggling.

  14. I've been going to the gym for a while now, and I've never really considered doing any stretching or yoga or anything until my friend suggested it, and man am I glad he did! The last time I tried yoga, it hurt so bad I gave up, but this time I felt so good afterwards I did the whole routine twice.

  17. Last year I did a few power yoga classes which were great but a bit too intense for a beginner. I then went to a normal yoga class and the sections where you just stand and close your eyes and try to ground yourself make me feel really dizzy – does anyone know why?

  20. I had only ever tried yoga once before…. this was so much better! I woke up feeling stressed already, but 20 minutes did the trick. Will be doing this for a week then checking out your other videos. Thank you!
