  6. Love Psyche Truth Yoga, great instructors! I do have a question and hope you all have some advice. I am a 57 year old woman who has been very physically active all my life and began Yoga about 2 months ago and love it. My question is do you have any suggestions for me concerning the pain in my hands, specifically my thumbs. I have arthritis and some of the yoga moves such as downward facing dog or planking can be pretty difficult. Are there any moves I can learn to help with that. I don't want to give up Yoga as it has such wonderful benefits for my mind and body. Thanks for your help on this :)

  7. I’ve wanted to start working out at home and thought Yoga was a good way to do it. But I’m really stiff in my body and look like some Quasimodo hunchback when trying to do these movements. Is that normal, and will it get better the more I try? I’m just hoping that I’m not messing up my body doing this wrong. I’m like a stiff unyielding plank in all the wrong ways instead of the beautiful weeping willow you seem to be. Any tips for me, the leader of the plank-people? :)

  8. I was feeling pretty sore today because I slept weird and after I did this I was feeling so much better and. Calm and relaxed

  9. great explanations for what your body should feel like during each step.  Thank you!

  10. This is a really good foundational video. Due to 4 hrs. a day spent bus-commuting, my bod is in bad shape. I've done yoga & Pilates in the past but feel like I need to go back to the beginning. This video does just that! The instructor mentions things that are really important that the other "basic" yoga videos don't, like keeping certain muscles active in poses and not just letting them drop. And thanks, PsycheTruth, for putting relaxing music in your video instead of fast "workout" music, which defeats the whole purpose of yoga.

  13. Ma'am I want to say just a one thing. It was neither too hard nor too easy. But I really liked it. It was originated in our country ( india ) so feeling good about it. I tried it today and liked it. Thanks for providing a good foundation.

  14. I should do yoga b4 or after eating breakfast

  15. Do the yoga challenge

  16. I love this video. This was my first time doing yoga. I'm gonna do this twice everyday until I get use to them and then I'll move on to your next videos.

  17. You make it look way too easy I think I fell over like 3 times and felt so out of breath. Weird as I am a national tennis player and elite athlete.

  18. First time trying yoga and let me tell you it's not as easy as I always thought.  By the end of the video I was drenched in sweat! I never even break a sweat when I do my regular workouts. Thank you!!!

  19. I enjoyed this. Thanks! -new yoga student
