  2. I remember doing this video, when I started yoga 6 months ago. And I remember that this was quite hard for me, today I found it really relaxing. I am so much more flexible and happy with my body. I did the 30 days of yoga twice already, and I started doing power yoga, which is a new challenge for me. I want to thank you, because through these videos I found my love for yoga ❤

  9. hey! thanks for your videos first of all! i would like to ask something hopefully you will see this. I do workout every other day in the week and I really would like to do yoga to relax. would it be okay to do yoga (this video for example) after my workouts? my workouts are usually 40 mins long, I do cardio and squats mostly. I would really like to know this, I just dont want to do something wrong because I once hurt my leg working out because I didnt know to warm up properly etc. This would really help me because I really would like to relax with yoga. ^^

    Must say ive been stressed out for month now, just about typical 23 year old stuff. Today I wanted to do something about it, and I came across your video. Everything about this video was perfect, ive never done yoga before but the way you were speaking and explaining the movements I found myself not having to look at the video too often. Your voice is so soft and sincere, it felt like a friend was helping me work through my issues. I know these comments never get read, but I had to post. I feel like video and yoga are going to help me change my life for the better, and I just wanted to thank you for that.

  12. hello, i wanted your guidance in yoga. im a beginner and about 90lbs, 21 years.I have two kids. so a lot of lower back pain. where should I start from?

  13. I have a bad right shoulder with no chance of correcting it (torn rotor-cuff and my deltoid muscle is completely gone, so I cant lift my arm over my head at all). I have learned to deal with that but about 6 months ago I began to experience numbness and major tingling sensation (like a small electric shock) under my left shoulder blade. (it is not sciatica) It feels like your foot when you sit on it too long and it falls asleep "constantly"!!! I do as much as I can and follow along.
    Is there any specific yoga I can do for upper back circulation?

  14. At the final, while I was relaxing, my cat had her usual "love attack" and started to rub and hug and murmur – it was awesome end of practise 😀

  17. I just tried this as soon as I woke up this morning, and I honestly have never felt so peaceful and floaty afterwards. I'm definitely going to do this again – now I can't wait for tomorrow morning

  18. was a regular yoga-er for a few years and felt amazing. I struggled going back to classes as the routine was similar and I could tell how out of shape I was. Having a new workout for getting back into shape is going to be a good idea. I got lucky int that I like this gals style and her voice is calming. Thanks!

  19. hey, i subscribed to your channel some time ago, in order to follow ur vids, when it's time for me to consider yoga as a commitment.
    today, i decided to start, did these 40 minutes but i'm wondering what should i do next ?
    have i to stik with these or can i start with the series of 30 days of yoga ?

    i'm very thin and somewhat flexible. what do u suggest ( really hope u're gonna read this)
