    Fellow Erica here too! :) This is my first time commenting on YouTube ever. I've been following your videos since November 2014 and I cant thank you enough for helping me lose weight for my wedding this past June. :) Your a wonderful teacher I've never fully enjoyed a yoga workout until I started practicing with your videos.

  8. I absolutely loved this hour long practice. It really got the blood pumping and the sweat flowing. Erica I like it when ladies have longer hair. I am sort of new to yoga and do 99% of my yoga at home with YouTube. I am trying to do more classes that are longer to help build up my breath and strength. I want to thank you for sharing your talents with us home yogis. Nameste

  10. Thank you so much for the amazing video. I have been in search for a fully guided yoga video that shows step by step and explains each pose. I feel so rejuvenated and every muscle in my body is thanking me for not giving up and to push through it. I will be be adding this to my favourites and sharing it on Facebook and Google +Yoga for Life I can't wait to continue doing this routine and to see more of your videos. Whenever I can I do the long ones to challenge myself, but if I'm in a hurry I do the short ones and they make me feel amazing anyway. You rock!!   15. Erica thank you SO MUCH for creating such a wonderful hour long yoga class. I started practicing along to your videos a couple weeks ago and I just want to tell you how long, lean, and strong I feel already! You explain how to do each pose so well, which is surprisingly hard to find in a yogi sometimes. Please upload more long yoga classes! 

    Also in response to your questions about hair preferences: I'm also a huge fan of long hair. After chopping mine off on a whim a couple of years ago I vowed I would never let myself go through the regrowing process again. It's a pain! Thanks again!

  20. Definitely one of the best yoga tutorials I've ever come across! Instructions were so clear so I didn't have to keep looking up at my laptop, and also no pressure to do things I couldn't do! It was relaxed but also hard work at the same time. I had to stop after 20 minutes as I haven't done yoga in a long time, but I am aiming to complete the whole hour in one go soon. Hoping to get slimmer soon as well! Thank you for this!
