  1. I have a hernia near my diaphragm and stomach and I must say that I did this with caution and this really stretched my abdominal and it felt great!I also feel a great stretch in my legs, too! I will most definitely do this again!

  2. Pls do make another full yoga video. Ive tried a lot of yoga in youtube but yours is the best for me. Pls make other yogas so i can have a variety of them. Thanks and more powers!

  5. At first I was like, "Man this is so easy. Ughhh." Then I was starting to sweat and the room got hotter and I was like, "Man if this guy hadn't told me stop I would've died." Lol I love it! This is awesome. I'm a teenager and I've noticed I'm starting to gain so I wanted to find an enjoyable easy yet challenging workout and I got it here! Love it love it love it.

  9. I liked this a lot. Is the first time I try to practice yoga. It was challenging the first time but after 3 days I feel I'm getting much better. I am over weight and I don't find it hard to do at all. It feels great.

  16. I was just getting into the flow and BAM! It was over! Too bad. I liked the flowing movement. Maybe she  had to make a bathroom run and will be back soon! It is a good beginner class because none of the poses are too difficult. If you want the beginner jargon, go see Yoga with Adrienne. She'll help you out!

  17. Nice slow transitions , easy to understand , great way to return to exercise. For the people that can't reacph your toes use your shins or a yoga brick . 

  18. I've been doing this for almost 2weeks and a half. But I can't still reach my toes :-( what to do?

  19. Beginner???? Maybe for the young people, but not for older folks.

  20. Ok but any advice to prevent farts when doing this?
