  1. this was the best pigeon tutorial I've viewed. I feel so much more confident know I don't have to have that 90 degree with my leg. I'm not that flexible. thanks!

  2. Is this pose one of the better ones to alleviate sciatica?

  3. Hi, I love your videos. Could you do a  video about splits.

  4. Am I the only one who absolutely hate this pose D: or any hip openers… I'm so not flexible when it comes to this lol. Still part of my daily routine tho :) I have to in order to improve my flexibility. :/

  5. Love love love this pose

  6. When I do these stretches I lose circulation. Is that normal?

  7. I was wondering if there was any reason for foot cramps or knee tingles during this pose. While I'm pressing into the top of my back foot it sometimes falls asleep or cramps up for a second or my knee will tingle and get a little numby in this yummy pose.

Similarly during volcano pose as I'm concentrating on keeping my shoulders down my left hand will also go tingly and numby.

  8. Love all of your videos +Yoga With Adriene ! You make it so easy to hop on my mat! I was just wondering if you had any videos with double pigeon pose incorporated in it? I would love to learn how to do that one as well! Thanks!
