  7. I really like this video. It's challenging but in a pleasent way.
    One thing that fustrates me though, is that I cant't move my leg from downward facing dog or plank pose to the front between my Hands. It's just not possible, it doesn't go further than maybe half way. Does anyone know any tipps on how I could work on that?

  11. I love this! I have the hardest time with the upper stretches, like cactus hands and the one on your knees. I'm not sure if I am not doing it right, or if I am just incredibly tight. Anyhow, I really like this routine, as I have a very bad back and have a lot of pain and muscle spasm throughout the day and since I have been doing this- I feel a lot better. Thank you. :)

  14. Excellent video – have been doing yoga for years but just had a baby and am super tight so this was a quick but still challenging workout. Instructions were amazing learned more about the poses to get more from the stretches!

  20. I'm not a coffee drinker but I can have one cup some days. I'm not a morning person so my alarms last for one hours or so. I wished I was a morning person but no :/ This is a great exercise for me, it made me sweat, feeling the muscle burn (in a good way) and I had good stretch :)
