  4. l love all of Erika's videos. I'm a diehard fan! I've been doing this series all summer and am now interchanging between the 2nd and 3rd one. I'm getting toned and strong. My lower body strength is a work in progress (and probably my core!). I am happy to report that upon doing this tonight (I've probably done about 12 times at this point? ) I finally touched my right knee to my nose!!! It happened only once though! And didn't happen on left hand side. At any rate, I shouted in glee upon the knee to nose touch. Now I am working on not coming out of position when I'm doing dancing shiva on me left leg!!!

  15. This video was fantastic! I've tried everything from the hard things to the easy things for years. I've spent 6+ months working my butt off with hard workout routines, with no results. I've changed my eating habits, I'd add more to my workouts and advance them. I took weight loss pills! I've tried biking and running and various sports in school! Nevertheless, my weight and figure and inside felt and looked the same. Woke up today and thought I'd try yoga because BOY is my set weight hard to change and get rid of! All of these things I've tried have been in long periods of time, they've been a combination of multiple methods, but nothing seems to work! Gonna try out the yoga for a year, join some classes at WMU when I get to college and hopefully I see a transformation! What a fantastic instructor! Especially for beginners!
