  2. I've been doing tons of different yoga routines, trying to find the one right for me. At first I did think this video was very rushed, but once I did it, I sat back down and found that I have never felt better after a work out. Nice and smooth, not too slow, and not too fast I found after I tried it. I can see how this might be difficult for people just starting out, though.
    Thank you for this video! My body hasn't felt this energized in a long, long time.

  6. maybe it was just the music but I felt so rushed and not calm at all

  7. Itz great I fight in a gym and they are always suprised at how fluidly I bring knees and head kicks

  8. Please oh please stop saying "when you're ready" all the time. We are following you so it's not when we're ready. Just distracting.

  9. She' s a great teacher BUT:
    these movements  are too fast and hard for beginners;
    this seems more like a gymnastics or some stretching, than a yoga class;
    her continue voice kills me every second I listen to her and the music is not appropriate.
    Yoga is first of all a spiritual way of seeing and living life, not a gymnastics or a run !

  10. hello Tara. I have a problem. I tried to take a pose as you did. but I cannot take a pose at around 4:00 on this clip.. I cannot put my heel on the ground. it is so painful and also cannot straighten my back.. is it just fine to try as much as my body can?

  11. This is one of the best yoga vids ive seen. Really simple easy to keep up with but enough to make you feel the stretch.
