    Hello there! Have you tried Depzap Total Depression Domination (Have a quick look on google, cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some great things about it and my mate used it to get rid of depression quite quickly.

  3. I came here because based on my research, I have this "stressy tummy" and an article says that there are poses for stress in yoga and it helps. I did a couple of basic yoga before, but your video really helped in getting rid of the stress and anxiety. I'll be doing this every night now! Thank you so much :)

  10. Hi Jen, we love all your videos and we practice yoga with you very often, back and neck pain yoga videos are amazing and help a lot. I would be also very happy to see a video on stomach problems (bloating, gases) as many people during summer, I also encountered that problem. Thank you for all the videos they are wonderful and we love you <3

    So I just finshed doing this sequence with Jen and I absolutely enjoyed it. I love the music and I love her voice, very relaxing and put me in my meditation place. I too suffer from depression and bipolar and Jen is the instructor that I will be following from here on out, just something about her, maybe its because she reminds me of myself, a hippie who is in tune with herself lol

  18. This is just what I need as with my anxiety it causes a lot of deep tension in my body especially my chest and throat areas, these poses help open them up ready for another day of it.
    I also recommend Reiki healing as it has helped my inner strength to combat my depression and improve my way of coping with my anxiety so I can feel the fear and do it anyway.
