    now its day 8 and i oh so definitely feeling so much better every day (:
    my mind is like the clearest ever, I have developed such a lovely feeling for my body since I'm in so much less back pain and stuff.
    even my boyfriend is always like – when do you do your exercise ? I even calm down when only listening to her voice !

    so you do us both a big favor I guess, haha <3

    Adriene you are so wonderful! I am absolutely loving this challenge! I have been incorporating it with running, and sports. Beautiful! Today I did crow pose for 3 breaths! I can't believe it!!!! Thanks for being so fun and gentle! Xo ENB #ProsperityVoyager

  4. Having a hard time doing the crow pose. I will definitely practice in doing that as I know it will improve my arm strength. Definitely!

  6. I've had a hard time finding a good yoga instructor in the US (I love the rituals and the mindful part of it, not just the workout), and your class totally does the trick! Also, your dorky jokes are adorable!

  7. I love day 8's practice so much, I might just stay here for the rest of the 30 days! Or at least alternate between this one and the others. I need more meditation in my life! Thank you!

  9. This was the hardest day I've had so far. I have ADHD, so the sitting still and meditating thing wasn't working for me at all. Throughout every pose, I felt anxious and distracted. I couldn't even finish the video.

  10. When she did Crow pose I looked at her and was like you smokin I you think I can do that now. LOL

  13. It was such an amazing experience. As I was forward folding and releasing stress through the "little trap door" my body began folding down further and I fully touched the ground for the first time! It was like the tension I was releasing allowed me more movement.
