  8. It is 3:14 am :) Just finished this video and I enjoyed it very much. I like how you remind us to breath because I forget to breath deeply during most yoga practices.

  11. First time doing the morning yoga and I didn't need coffee! I felt awake and alert. First time actually using this one for before bed and my body feels relaxed after a workout. I will see how well I Sleep

  13. I went to bed at 10:30PM but woke up and now its 4:15 AM

  14. Yes I too, have been a night owl all my life.. I get pretty angry and also feel grief when doing this practice.. I do not relax at all. But I feel like it's releasing the anger I subconsciously suppressed.. When I breath trough the anger I start crying.. Is that right or am I doing something wrong? Also I'm getting a headache.. Probably trough the tension I'm not breathing right.. Any advice is welcome.

  17. It's 4 pm but I have a headache and I'm stressed out and nervous and I must say this was quite relaxing except the butterfly and happy baby, too stretchy haha

    So last night I wasn't able to write down my comment so I'll write it now. It was 3:30 AM, I was very tired, depressed and can't sleep! I watched this video and did all the positions with you and suddenly I fell asleep! It was amazing!! And its really work! I loved it so much. I will watch the rest of the videos soon. ❤️
