  2. This 45 minute Power yoga class is both invigorating and relaxing.  Deep stretch posesthat strengthen and elongate your mussels to increase your flexibility.  Great work out!

  5. I find the transitions between the poses a bit too slow. Better if you make snappier transitions. Thanks for the video tho :)

  11. I have been doing all of these videos and I really like Courtney.  This was the most challenging.  But love it and I will certainly be practicing so I can do that back bend.

    Figured I'd drop a comment. I just finished doing this yoga routine. Thanks for sharing. This is the first video I've seen of yours, I'm going to have to check out some others. 

    Some of the moves I truly enjoyed were: crow, down/up dog vinyasa flow,  lunges and tiger flow and pigeon.

    I did however find it hard to follow you, as you seemed to move into the next position prior to explaining it. If your words had described the next position while in the current one I would have found it a lot easier to follow. I also constantly found myself having to watch you which made mimicking and focusing on some moves and my breathing slightly difficult.

    I will certainly remember and continue working on the poses I did enjoy.

    For beginners? Are you kidding me? 😀 No I am joking..I just asumed that for begginers means for people who never did any joga, or any kind of sport…I am active for my whole life, 24 years old and still not able to do more than 50% of the exercises properly. On the other hand I can imagine that for people with some joga history, this is really an awesome exercise.
