  8. Baba Ramdev Tips (translation): Drink warm water early in the morning. One can also have 1tsp triphala powder mixed 1 glass water soaked overnight, then heat it in the morning, allow it to boil (quantity should become half), when done add lemon n crush ginger, 1tsp honey to it and drink when lukewarm. For people who are not able to lose weight/ or are finding it difficult to lose weight should have juice of Bottle Gourd in breakfast. And if one is hungry in-between say before lunch, one can have boiled wheat porridge (small quantity). For lunch and dinner make sure to add leafy vegetables in ur diet. Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera) take the leaves crush it in your hands and eat it with warm water 1hour before breakfast, lunch and dinner
