  7. Practicing the arm positions from Gomukhasana and Garudasana will help a good deal in increasing shoulder girdle flexibility for this, though they won't improve strength as effectively. Pinca Mayurasana and Adho Vrksasana (handstand) will.

  8. Oh you can, but you will need to work up to that! Do not hurt yourself.

  9. There is no way I can do that, but hell, it is impressive
