    And I tried somany things to loos weight and I am hoping this will help me and I am hoping I will see a massive improvement of me loosing weight before I go back to school

    I am 13 year old and I am trying to loos weight and If I do this every day would i see a massive improvement. And if I eat poster and have my 5 a day and my vegetables would it work aswell

    The workout is good  but do you have one that is faster pace and includes other poses like warrior poses, etc.. Can you suggest some of your other routines that are more intense with a variety of poses?   Also, I appreciate your passion for yoga but maybe you might want to talk a little less since this isn't for beginners?  Just a suggestion.  I like your style and grace.

    Yoga is so useful for greater health in body and calm in the mind. 20 minutes a day is great, even 5 minutes helps! yoga is for everyone!
