  1. Wide legged forward bend is the toughest for me! I wonder why! Tightness in the hips is just preventing me from moving forward, i'm going to work on it for sure!

  9. anyway i managed to go through the first 7 minutes. it was hellish to me so i stopped early. i am not obese but have little belly + years of unexcercised body. but one step at a time. see you tomorrow.

  11. This was wonderful, so glad I found this channel! I was so stiff all day from cold weather, but didn't want a full yoga workout; this top to bottom stretch series was just what I needed! Cindie is a great instructor, it's nice to watch someone with such a warm personality.

  20. I love your yoga videos! I have a question, the pose at around 2 minutes where you are splaying your feet and rocking back lifting your knees up, is there a variation of that pose or a different way of explaining how to get into the position? Or just another pose I can do to open my feet/ankles more first? I find that I have trouble splaying the feet inwards and that the front part of my foot/ankle is very tight making it very challenging to lift my knees and rock at all.
